Description
DEFRA Approved Disinfectant
Colourless, odourless disinfectant for use in the Agricultural industries.
A patented technology based upon the attachment of more than one biocide to a
polymer backbone.
Used as integral part of total dairy hygiene programme to prevent microbial, bacterial and viral growth in milk transfer and delivery systems.

Has a broad spectrum kill, and is effective against bacteria, yeasts, fungi, spores &
offers odour control.
Microcleanse is not adversely affected by in-use temperature.
Microcleanse is not adversely affected by water hardness.
Demonstrates residual efficacy after rinsing and drying for days and even weeks.
Significant tests include: DEFRA, EN1276, EN13704, EN1650.
Effective against: Aspergillus niger, Bacillus subtilis, Bacteriophage, Escherichia coli 0157:H157, Legionella pneumophila, Listeria monocytogenes, MRSA, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella enteritidis, Stigeoclonium tenue. Very unlikely to cause resistance types or mutated strains.

Application Instructions:
For cubicle hygiene use @ 10:1 for application (10 parts of water to 1 part product)
For use in bulk tanks: Rinse tank / rinse lines / apply product @ 7:1 dilution / final rinse (7 parts water to 1 part product)
For use in milk lines: use as above @ 7:1 (7 parts water to 1 part product)
Product Compatibility:
Byotrol products are safe and effective on most materials of construction.
Used as directed, it will not adversely affect materials commonly in use
within the agricultural industry including liquid stainless steel, aluminium,
galvanised or chrome finishes, rubber, wood and plastics.
To maximize and maintain efficiency, and for safety reasons, this product
should never be mixed with other chemicals.

Byotrol receives DEFRA approval for agrisphere range
Anti-microbial company, Byotrol plc has received Defra (Department for Environment Food and Retail Affairs) approval for its Microcleanse concentrate, part of the Agrisphere Range. The recently launched Agrisphere product range provides agricultural and dairy farmers with peace of mind and reassurance through a comprehensive range of cleaning and sanitising products and its Microcleanse Concentrate is now listed as a Defra approved disinfectant.
Defra has the responsibility for maintaining a list of approvals for disinfectant products used to control the microbial threat that may cause the spread of infections commonly found on agricultural or food chain premises. Microcleanse is now also officially listed under the "General Orders" classification and the "Diseases of Poultry Order and the Avian Influenza and Influenza of Avian Origin in Mammals Order".
